Skin care
As the largest organ skin needs taking care of
The skin is the largest organ of the human body, so it makes alot of sense to take care of it. There are many creams and lotions and dermal filler treatments. Also moisturisers for you face. Then there are the more advanced fillers and wrinkle creams. There are so many sometimes its hard to know exactly what you need to use.
The main thing with your skin is to be sure to keep it clean and use a great moisturiser daily. Sun is very damaging to the skin so always use a high SPF sunscreen when you are going to be in the sun for a long period of time. Also avoid very hot showers as this tends to really dry out your skin. If you must take a hot shower then always apply a good moisturiser or oil to this skin when you are done.
If wrinkles are bothering you then you can always use a good quality wrinkle treatment or you can get these treatments at your doctors office. You can also get fillers. Here are just a few of the different types of treatments available.
Microdermabrasion which actually takes the top layers of skin off to show the new fresh layers.
Laser Skin Resurfacing this actually uses a laser to tighten the skin
Chemical Peels this uses a chemical to remove the first few layers of skin.
All of these will help smooth skin and make wrinkles less noticable. There are very few side effects with these procedures. The most common side effects of these procedures are slight redness, some stinging and minor irritation.
